Midbrain Dopaminergic Neuron Development is Regulated by Two Molecularly Distinct Subtypes of Radial Glia Cells

Abstract

Midbrain dopaminergic neuron development is regulated by two molecularly distinct subtypes of radial glia cells. This study reveals the heterogeneity of radial glia in the developing midbrain and their distinct roles in controlling dopaminergic neuron generation.
