We welcome Francesco Danese, who joins the La Manno Lab from Sapienza University of Rome for his master’s thesis.
Francesco will work with Luca Fusar Bassini and Alireza Gargoorimotlagh on computational approaches that connect biological knowledge with single-cell data. His project explores how language models and knowledge graphs can help researchers navigate the scientific literature and formulate questions about existing datasets.
